MUV INC., d/b/a Mi Última Voluntad, a Wyoming corporation (hereinafter “MI ÚLTIMA VOLUNTAD,” “MUV,” or the “Company”), and its website, www.miultimavoluntad.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), makes its products available to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms (hereinafter, the “Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the Site. By accessing, registering on, or using the Site, or by purchasing a subscription or products through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as set forth below.

Where applicable, MUV shall hereinafter be referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company.” The term “you” refers to the user, subscriber, or visitor of our Site.

PERMITTED USE OF THE SITE

You agree that:

1. Your use of the Site is subject to and governed by these Terms;
2. Only individuals who are at least 21 years of age may access or use the Site or conduct business transactions through the Site;
3. You will comply with and be bound by these Terms in their then-current form, as posted on the Site, each time you access and use the Site;
4. Each visit to the Site constitutes and confirms your consent and agreement to be bound by our Terms; and
5. These Terms constitute a legally binding and enforceable agreement between you and MUV.

You agree not to use or attempt to use the MUV Site for any purpose that:

1. Is unauthorized, unlawful, or prohibited in any manner, or that is harmful or destructive to MUV or any third party;
2. Transmits advertising, solicitations, schemes, spam, flooding, unsolicited email, or other unsolicited commercial communications;
3. Transmits harmful or disabling computer code, spyware, adware, or viruses;
4. Interferes with the Site or its network services;
5. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to MUV’s network services or proprietary information;
6. Impairs or limits our ability to operate the Site or the ability of any other person to access or use the Site;
7. Uses any method, means, or device to access or cause access to the Site for the purpose of manipulating the results of any Internet search engine, or for any purpose other than conducting business with MUV;
8. Unlawfully impersonates or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity;
9. Harms minors in any way, including, without limitation, uploading content that violates child pornography laws, child sexual exploitation laws, or laws prohibiting the depiction of minors engaged in sexual conduct;
10. Uploads pornographic, violent, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, hateful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content or images;
11. Harms, threatens, harasses, abuses, or intimidates another person in any manner, or includes images or content that depict, promote, encourage, advocate, or tend to incite the commission of a crime or other unlawful activities;
12. Dilutes or damages the name or reputation of MUV or any of its officers, agents, representatives, or affiliates;
13. Uploads any content or image that infringes the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of third parties; and/or
14. Illegally uploads any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information.

We reserve the right to establish general practices and limits regarding use of the Site, including, without limitation, restrictions on requested services, the maximum number of days messages, postings, or other content will be retained, the number of times a request may be edited, the maximum size of messages sent or received, the type and amount of transactional data stored, and the maximum disk space allocated on our servers. You agree that we have no responsibility for the deletion of or failure to store any messages, communications, or other content maintained or transmitted through the Site.

REVOCATION OF USER RIGHTS

We reserve the right, at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to deny you access to and use of the Site. You may not use the Site to transmit unsolicited email to this Site or to any person whose email address is included under the domain https://miultimavoluntad.com/. Violation of these Terms may result in various actions, including cancellation of your order, limitation of account privileges, and forfeiture of fees paid to us.

You agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for providing, obtaining, and maintaining all hardware, software, electrical power, telecommunications, Internet services, and other products or services necessary to access and use the Site.

REGISTRATION

In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to:

1. Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested in the registration form (“Registration Data”); and
2. Maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.

If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect such, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site. You may cancel your account at any time through your account page. Please note that if your account is canceled, MUV may not be able to restore your account information or history, including order history, tracking, notices, offers, or other data.

BILLING

Before becoming a member through the Site, all users must register. We currently offer a repatriation membership and various membership plans. We reserve the right to add new plans, tiers, or options, or to modify the registration process at any time. We also reserve the right to charge or modify membership fees, individual product prices, bundled product prices, or additional fees.

By subscribing to a membership plan, you expressly authorize us to charge applicable fees and service charges to your selected payment method. All prices are subject to change without notice prior to order placement. Membership orders are final, and all payments are non-refundable. Memberships remain active until canceled by you or by us. Memberships are billed annually.

USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

You are solely responsible for all publicly accessible content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Site. Content accepted at our discretion may be publicly accessible, and no confidentiality or privacy is guaranteed for such content.

By submitting content, you grant MUV and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and promote such content for commercial and promotional purposes.

SERVICES

MUV is a personal services company that, for a membership fee, provides organizational, referral, and contact services to assist in arranging the transportation of human remains from the United States to Mexico.

You expressly acknowledge that MUV does not directly provide transportation services and is not an insurance policy. MUV does not guarantee successful repatriation and assumes no liability for third-party failures.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All trademarks, logos, designs, content, and functionality of the Site are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws and are owned by MUV or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for third-party websites or content accessed through links on the Site and do not endorse such third-party offerings.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
